How we help you
Newborn navigation
This is a home visiting program under the Comprehensive Family Supports and Services contract with the Department of Health and Human Services. Up to three home visits are offered to families.
All expectant and new parents residing in Belknap and Lower Grafton Counties are eligible to be connected with a trained Newborn Navigator from the Family Resource Center.
The program can start prenatally or any time within the first 3 months of the baby’s birth. Visits are scheduled at the family’s convenience.
A referral is sent to Carol Stone, at the Family Resource Center. She will contact the family and the first visit will be scheduled. Follow up visits will be planned as determined according to each family’s needs. Email Carol at carol.stone@lrcs.org or mail referral form to Carol Stone, Family Resource Center 719 N. Main St. Laconia, NH 03246

Meghan Woods is the absolute best! The Kinship program at Whole Village is such an excellent resource. Not to mention, the help we have received with clothing and camping stuff for the kids has been amazing.
Playgroups have given my children opportunities to socialize and develop their skills while allowing me to connect with other parents and share experiences. Family Fun Nights organized by Whole Village have been wonderful in creating lasting memories and enjoying quality time together.
Whole Village's play group is an invaluable resource to the children in our community. When I had concerns regarding my son's development, Jen quickly provided me with the resources I needed to get my son into Early Intervention. With the help from Whole Village's play group, my son is catching up to his peers.
