CENTRAL REGION VETERAN'S COALITION

Our mission is to end suicide by providing accessible resources and support to veterans, first responders, and their families while creating a diverse community and social network. We prioritize veteran voice and choice and achieve our goals through collaboration, outreach, evaluation, activities, and resource dissemination. Plymouth Area Pregnant and New Parent Coalition

The Plymouth Area Pregnant and New Parent Coalition supports families before, during, and after birth through an integrated, community-based approach to care. The focus is on ensuring birthing people feel emotionally, psychologically, and physically safe while receiving respectful, inclusive, high-quality support. Families are connected to trusted local resources and strengthened community networks so they can thrive.

Collaborative Garden

The Community Garden is an invaluable resource for everyone in the Greater Plymouth community. Thanks to devoted volunteers, generous donors, and community partners, the garden continues to flourish and provide access to fresh, healthy food for everyone.

Newborn Navigation

Newborn Navigation connects expectant and new parents in Belknap and Lower Grafton Counties with a trained Newborn Navigator through the Family Resource Center of Central NH in Laconia. This voluntary home-visiting program offers up to three visits to support families with community connections, safe home environments, and positive parenting during pregnancy or the first months after birth.
